
TORONTO – Corus Entertainment’s social-first agency so.da announced today Paint School (5×3-5min), its new original social series and collaboration between HGTV Canada and Behr Paint Company, is now available on HGTV.ca and HGTV Canada’s Facebook page.
The five-episode series by HGTV Canada’s “resident DIY creator Maca Atencio (@hey.maca), inspires followers to tackle simple yet impactful home projects using Behr’s award-winning array of paints and stains available exclusively at The Home Depot Canada,” a press release explains.
In each episode, Atencio (above) provides “step-by-step instruction as she tackles a different DIY project, giving furniture and home décor a fresh new look using Behr’s wide array of premium products. Whether a seasoned professional or a first-time painter, Behr makes DIY’ing easy with high-quality paints and stains that can handle anything,” according to the release.
“Through tips and tricks learned through the series, audiences will be motivated to tackle weekend paint projects of their own.”
Episodes of Paint School feature projects including upcycling kitchen cabinets, spray painting stools, wood staining a coffee table, transforming a credenza and creating a modern accent wall.
