
MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — Samsung Canada today introduced a new online repair portal to allow Galaxy smartphone and tablet users to access a range of customer care options, including door-to-door repair services, all in one place.
Customers can use the Samsung “Your Service” portal to:
- Register a Samsung Galaxy device and check warranty status
- Request technical support from Samsung experts
- Self-schedule a door-to-door device pick-up for free
- Track the status of ongoing repairs
Samsung Canada has been offering door-to-door repair services since last year, due to the pandemic.
To request a self-service repair, Galaxy smartphone and tablet customers can book through the Your Service portal at Samsung.com/ca/galaxy-repair. Samsung wearable and laptop users can also access door-to-door repair service through Live Chat or by calling 1-800-SAMSUNG.
