Candace Daniel returns to Global News

TORONTO — Global News announced Thursday news anchor Candace Daniel (above) is returning to the network as Global Toronto’s new co-anchor and producer of Global News Morning and the News at Noon, effective January 18. Daniel first started at Global Toronto as an intern and was hired as an associate producer with the network’s flagship newscast Global National. After more than five years in the Global National Toronto bureau, Daniel moved to Saskatchewan and worked as a weather anchor and news anchor at Global Regina.
