OTA changes affect CTV2 Barrie and CTV North Bay

BARRIE and NORTH BAY, Ont. — Effective just after midnight on October 30, government-mandated spectrum switches will result in signal frequency changes to CTV2 Barrie’s Channel 10.1 and CTV North Bay’s Channel 10, Bell Media announced this week. Viewers using over-the-air rooftop or indoor antennas to access CTV2 Barrie will need to rescan their television channels to restore service. In the case of CTV North Bay, its Channel 10 signal frequency is also changing from analogue to digital, and viewers will need to rescan their existing HDTV channels or upgrade to HDTV.
