WABE convention registration closes Tuesday

CALGARY — The Western Association of Broadcast Engineers (WABE) today issued a reminder that registration for exhibitor booths and sponsorship opportunities for its annual convention will close on Tuesday, October 27 at 5 p.m. MT.

WABE’s 70th annual convention is taking place virtually this year on November 4 and 5.

Virtual booths allow exhibitors to interact with delegates by text chatting and video chat. Booths and any media content will remain visible on the convention website for one year. For exhibitor information and registration, please click here.

Gold and silver level sponsors will have access to their own virtual meeting rooms to chat with customers, where they can screen share their computers to show more information. They will also have the ability to share media content in the event platform’s virtual learning centre. For sponsorship information and registration, please click here.

“I want to extend a big thank you to all of our current sponsors and exhibitors who have already pledged their support of our virtual convention. Without your support, we would not be able to meet our objective in in providing our members with continued education every year, and especially in this most challenging year as we forge ahead with a virtual platform,” said WABE president Clint Hollinger in a message on the association’s website today.
