ATN’s losses continue as advertising and subscriptions decline

TORONTO — Asian Television Network International Limited (ATN) announced Tuesday its operating revenue declined 23% in the second quarter of 2020 compared to the same quarter last year, partly due to a decrease in advertising caused by the economic downturn resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic. For the three months ended June 30, 2020, ATN’s operating revenue was $2.2 million, down from $2.9 million in the same period of 2019.
