Gusto heads back to the studio for new CombiNation Plates series

OTTAWA — Gusto Worldwide Media announced today pre-production began June 8 on a new studio-based series called CombiNation Plates, with filming scheduled to begin June 16 at Gusto’s production facility in Ottawa.

In each episode of the show, chef-host Bianca Osbourne is aided by unique visual storytelling to show viewers how two distinctly different food cultures can be combined into a new culinary creation.

The series is commissioned by Bell Media for its CTV Life Channel (formerly Gusto TV) and will subsequently air on all Gusto TV channels in the U.S., Latin America, U.K. and the Asia-Pacific region.

“We hit the ground running the moment Premier Ford gave the green-light,” says Chris Knight, president and CEO of Gusto Worldwide Media, in the news release, about the easing of the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions “We’ve had the studio on lock-down for nine weeks and have implemented extensive health and safety protocols. This is a single purpose studio, so nobody in or out without an invite. We’re looking forward to creating more exceptional content in the new normal.”
