Greenberg Fund awards $330,000 to 23 feature film projects

TORONTO — Bell Media said today its Harold Greenberg Fund is ending its third fiscal quarter with support for 23 new Canadian feature film projects through its script development program, representing an investment of more than $330,000. The program supports Canadian films through all stages, from story optioning and first and second drafts, to third drafts, and polish and packaging. Projects from emerging Canadian filmmakers include: director Molly McGlynn’s second feature, Bloody Hell; screenwriter-director Jasmin Mozaffari’s The Path Travels Me, a follow-up to the acclaimed Firecrackers; Haitian-Canadian filmmaker Jephté Bastien’s Enemy to Go; and director Hannah Cheesman’s Every Seventh Wave....
