TORONTO — Corus Entertainment’s Adult Swim channel dropped an all-new trailer for Rick and Morty last night, during the network’s annual April Fools’ stunt, which included a surprise appearance by rapper and singer/songwriter Post Malone.
Malone hosted the event along with co-hosts from the network’s livestreaming show FishCenter Live, who were on standby for fans to chat, Skype and call in.
The remaining five episodes of season four of Rick and Morty are scheduled to premiere Sunday, May 3.
Adult Swim viewers were also treated to early releases of never-before-seen episodes from the channel’s upcoming programming lineup, including new episodes from Genndy Tartakovsky’s Primal, The Shivering Truth and all-new series JJ Villard’s Fairy Tales and YOLO: Crystal Fantasy from Bushworld Adventure’s Michael Cusack.
