
TORONTO — Global’s Big Brother Canada has signed sponsorship agreements with Expedia, Kraft Dinner and First Choice Haircutters for its eighth season. Five previous sponsors are returning, and they include Wendy’s, Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), SkipTheDishes, Summer Fresh and Skechers.
“Hot on the heels of the show’s highest-rated season to date, client demand is at an all-time high for Big Brother Canada,” said Barb McKergow, senior vice-president of national advertising revenue for Corus Entertainment, in the news release. “This series allows for the most clever and customizable in-show integrations where sponsors become integral to the show — both with our houseguests and our audiences on-air and online.”

In addition to a dream vacation for two from Expedia and $10,000 in groceries from Summer Fresh, season eight houseguests are competing for a $100,000 cash prize.
Big Brother Canada begins with a two-night premiere airing Wednesday, March 4 at 7 p.m. and Thursday, March 5 at 8 p.m.
Global will announce Wednesday, February 26 who will be joining season 8 of Big Brother Canada.
