Xplornet says it will soon be 5G-ready in New Brunswick with $120-million investment

ST. MARTINS, N.B – Xplornet and the federal government announced Friday a major upgrade is coming to its fixed-wireless broadband infrastructure in New Brunswick.A $120-million investment ($40 million from the federal government and the bulk from Xplornet) will see 3,000 km of fibre-optic cable and upgraded infrastructure installed to better connect 170 fixed-wireless towers.
