Upfronts 2019: Global readies a dozen new series, grabs final season of Modern Family

TORONTO – Corus-owned Global will have 12 new series in its 2019-2020 programming lineup, including eight new primetime series, one new daytime talk show, one new late-night series, and the final series of hit comedy Modern Family.The new series include crime thriller Prodigal Son; the sophomore season of comedy Single Parents, making its debut on Global; single-camera comedy The Unicorn; sitcom Carol’s Second Act; and psychological mystery Evil.
