TORONTO — MAVTV Motorsports Network announced this week the formation of an original series called All North Racing Powered by Pinty’s which will debut live on Friday May 31st at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT from the Ohsweken Speedway, outside of Brantford, Ont.
The new show will showcase the best of Canadian motorsports and racing action on dirt, pavement and more. Update: Mister Transmission has come on as the Victory Lane presenting sponsor as well.
“We are thrilled to be reaching this milestone of delivering great Canadian-based racing action live on MAVTV Canada within only two years on-air!” president Mike Garrow. “Our plan was always to be able to provide a national platform that various tracks, event organizers and race teams here in Canada can be showcased, and now with our multiyear partnership with Pinty’s we look forward to the momentum we can build from this.”
There are six live races (one per month) starting Friday. Clinton Geoffrey, Greg Calnan and Adam Ross will call the race as well as report on related motorsports updates and provide analysis for the new broadcast series.
All North Racing will broadcast from Ohsweken Speedway and feature four divisions all in one night with the 360 Sprint Cars, Crate Sprint, Thunder Stock and Mini Stock. Special Edition races during the season from Ohsweken Speedway will also feature Late Models Modified and Dirt Sportsman races.
MAVTV Canada is operated by REV Sports Entertainment and is available in 5.2 million household across Canada.
