TORONTO – TSN has cooked up a multi-platform partnership with food delivery service Uber Eats that includes media integration with a side of custom elements and ads across its NBA and NCAA broadcasts.
The partnership kicked off during TSN’s coverage of NCAA March Madness with the ‘Uber Eats Deliveries of the Day’ segment, which featured top plays from that day’s action. The Toronto Raptors’ NBA Playoffs run features the ‘Deliveries of the Game’ segment, highlighting the best plays of each Raptors playoff game on TSN.
Additional elements include customized content starring TSN hosts Kate Beirness, Tessa Bonhomme, and Darren Dutchyshen, as well as an Uber Eats-sponsored pre-game countdown clock during the network’s final Raptors games of the regular season.
“We’re excited to work with Uber Eats on this expansive and integrated partnership that will drive the brand to the hoop with innovative branded content,” said Bell Media’s brand partnerships & client strategy VP Alyson Walker, in the news release. “With TSN’s packed lineup of basketball programming, Uber Eats is the perfect fit to reach fans across the country during the NBA’s post-season.”
