TSN home to slate of regional Leafs, Habs, Sens and Jets games

TORONTO – TSN unveiled its slate of NHL games for the 2018-19 season Thursday, which includes regional matchups starring the Toronto Maple Leafs, Montreal Canadiens, Ottawa Senators, and Winnipeg Jets.

Its regional broadcast schedule for the Toronto Maple Leafs includes four pre-season and 26 regular season games on TSN4, TSN.ca, and the TSN app to TSN and TSN Direct subscribers that live in the team’s designated broadcast region as defined by the NHL, which includes Ontario (excluding the Ottawa Valley region).  Regular season Toronto Maple Leaf coverage begins October 9 at 8:30 PM ET as they take on the Dallas Stars.  As an official radio partner of the Toronto Maple Leafs, TSN 1050 Toronto will offer live Leafs coverage throughout the season.

TSN will also ice five pre-season and 50 regular season Montreal Canadiens games on TSN2, TSN.ca, and the TSN app for TSN and TSN Direct subscribers in the Habs’ designated broadcast region as defined by the NHL, which spans Eastern and Northern Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada.  TSN’s regular season coverage begins with the Habs’ home opener against Los Angeles on October 11 at 7:30 PM ET.  As the team’s official English-language radio broadcaster, TSN 690 Montreal will provide live coverage of all pre-season, regular season, and playoff games. 

Additionally, RDS’s suite of channels – including RDS, RDS2, and RDSInfo – will deliver French-language coverage of 60 Montreal Canadiens games throughout the 2018-19 regular season.

TSN’s hockey coverage will also include five pre-season and 55 regular season Ottawa Senators games on on TSN5, TSN.ca, and the TSN app to TSN and TSN Direct subscribers that live in the team’s designated broadcast region as defined by the NHL, which includes Eastern Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada.  Regular season coverage begins with the Sens’ season opener at home against Chicago on October 4 at 7:30 PM ET.  As the team’s official radio broadcaster, TSN 1200 Ottawa will deliver live coverage of every Sens game.

Coverage of the Winnipeg Jets’ 2018-19 NHL season will include six pre-season and 60 regular season games on TSN3, TSN.ca, and the TSN app to TSN and TSN Direct subscribers in the Jets’ designated broadcast region as defined by the NHL, which includes Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, and parts of Northwestern Ontario including Kenora, Dryden, and Thunder Bay.  Regular season coverage begins with Winnipeg’s season opener against St. Louis on October 4 at 7:00 PM CT.  The radio home of the Winnipeg Jets since the team’s return to the NHL in 2011, TSN 1290 Winnipeg continues to bring fans live coverage of every Jets game.
