
TORONTO – American rapper and actor LL Cool J is launching his exclusive new SiriusXM channel ‘Rock The Bells Radio’ on March 28.
The classic hip-hop channel, named after LL Cool J’s 1985 hit song ‘Rock the Bells’, will feature a range of music, interviews and in-depth retrospectives curated and presented by LL, as well as other innovators of hip-hop music, such as Ice Cube, Stetsasonic, Eric B. & Rakim, Snoop Dogg, Outkast, Kool Moe Dee, Public Enemy, A Tribe Called Quest, Ultramagnetic MCs, Too Short, Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five, Canibus, Wu-Tang Clan, Run-DMC, Brand Nubian, De La Soul, Black Moon and Ice T.
"If you wanna be a fly on the wall in the world of Classic Hip-Hop, SiriusXM's Rock the Bells Radio is for you”, said LL Cool J, in the news release. "We're gonna’ have great artists, legendary artists, lyricists, superstars, sex symbols. To help launch the channel, LL Cool J and DJ Z-Trip will host an invitation-only roller skating event on Wednesday from Los Angeles that will air at 10:00 PM EST / 7:00 PM PST on SiriusXM channel 43.
