TORONTO – Rogers Media has announced the beta launch of dynamic ad insertion (DAI) advertising on live and on-demand audio streams for its radio stations across Canada.

DAI for audio marries automation with first- and third-party data and location-based targeting to unlock the true power of digital listening.  DAI for audio targets listeners anywhere on the go, serving tailored ads that are relevant to audiences and high performing for advertisers.  The new service also provides advertisers with an immersive and non-skippable environment for the brands and messages and targets listeners however they choose to connect, whether it’s via their new smart speaker, streamed in the car, or directly through their mobile device.

Rogers Media added that it has selected ad tech platform AdsWizz for its direct and programming digital audio sales solution.

“Programmatic DAI for audio builds on our cutting-edge strategy to deliver an efficient, effective, and single-scaled buy for our linear and digital audiences,” said Rogers Media Sales SVP Al Dark, in the news release.  “DAI for audio reinforces Rogers Media’s position at the forefront of programmatic and creative advertising solutions, and we’re excited to work with our partners to integrate audio into their programmatic and data platforms.”
