Demand prompts SaskTel to boost LTE in urban areas

REGINA - SaskTel will invest $4.3 million to upgrade the wireless LTE networks serving Moose Jaw, North Battleford (and Battleford), Prince Albert, Swift Current, Weyburn, and Yorkton to keep up with the ever-growing demand for wireless data. The company said that it will install additional LTE carriers on all the wireless towers serving these cities which will increase their LTE capacity by 20-100%.
