
TORONTO – Set phasers to stream as Star Trek: Discovery prepares to land on CraveTV.
Bell Media said Wednesday that the newest instalment of the iconic sci-fi series will begin streaming exclusively on CraveTV on Monday, September 25 at 8:00 PM ET with a special two-episode premiere. This follows the series' previously announced Canadian broadcast premiere on Sunday, September 24 at 8:30 PM ET/7:30 PM CT on CTV and Space, day-and-date with CBS and CBS All Access in the U.S.
Subsequent episodes will stream on CraveTV Mondays at 8:00 PM ET. Following each new episode, the official after-show, Talking Trek, will also stream on CraveTV. The first episode will debut September 25 at 10:00 PM ET, with new episodes rolling out every week at 9:00 PM ET.
In anticipation of the premiere of StarTrek: Discovery, CraveTV is serving up companion programming Building Star Trek, a special program featuring scientists, actors, and cultural leaders exploring the phenomenon of the series, and Trek Nation, a documentary featuring Rod Roddenberry, son of Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry, as he explores his father's stellar legacy. Both shows will stream on September 22.
