TORONTO – Just in time for Victoria Day weekend, Cottage Life has unveiled a video Q & A with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau that dives deep into the PM’s opinions on several time-honoured Canadian traditions such as butter tarts, campfires, and marshmallows.

The light-hearted video features Cottage Life editor-in-chief Michelle Kelly going through a rapid-fire series of questions that every Canadian who has been to a cottage, a cabin or a campground will relate to.  Available now on Cottagelife.com and Cottage Life’s Facebook page, the video is a companion to an exclusive interview with the Prime Minister in the early summer issue of Cottage Life magazine, on newsstands this month.

Cottage Life’s summer-long celebration also includes Canada 150-inspired articles and videos rolling out over the coming months across the multi-platform brand’s magazine, television channel, Cottagelife.com, and its social media platforms.  Cottage Life’s Canada 150 content will be shared on social media with the hashtag #growitforward and will be available on a central online microsite on Cottagelife.com.

Cottage Life Media, a division of Blue Ant Media, publishes Cottage Life and Cottage Life West magazines, broadcasts the Cottage Life television channel across Canada, and produces the annual Spring and Fall Cottage Life Shows in Toronto and the Edmonton Cottage Life & Cabin Show.
