
TORONTO – Beanfield Metroconnect has struck a ten-year agreement with Exhibition Place as the title sponsor of its entertainment and convention venue.
Formerly known as the Allstream Centre, the conference centre is located on Exhibition Place’s 192-acre site in the city’s downtown, and attracts over 5.5 million visitors a year. The Beanfield name will be installed on the exterior of the building ealry this month. Click here for more on the partnership.
“Our relationship with Exhibition Place actually started nearly a decade ago,” said Beanfield CEO Dan Armstrong, in the news release. “When the chance came up to sponsor the venue, we jumped at the opportunity. There is a big sense of pride in having our name on such a prestigious building located right in our backyard.”
Beanfield has been providing telecommunication services to Toronto since 1988 and now owns and operates the largest private fibre optic network throughout the region, servicing over 600 office buildings and 125 condominiums.
