SWIFT network reaffirms partnership with University of Guelph’s rural broadband project

GUELPH, ON - The SouthWestern Integrated Fibre Technology (SWIFT) Network has approved the continued working relationship between it and the University of Guelph’s Regional and Rural Broadband (R2B2) Project.Spearheaded by community and businesses leaders across southwestern Ontario, Caledon, and the Niagara Region, SWIFT aims to create an affordable, open-access, ultra-high-speed fibre-optic regional broadband network in southwestern Ontario and Niagara Region.
