TORONTO – DHX Television released the French-language Télémagino App Monday, available free to subscribers of the linear service.

Offering more than 500 episodes across 20 series to preschool audiences on mobile devices and tablets, key features include the ability to download episodes for offline viewing and a 24/7 live stream of the channel.  Content at launch includes popular series like Télétubbies, Justin rêve, Yo Gabba Gabba!, Messy et le monde d’OKIDO, Fraisinette, Thomas et ses amis, Félibert, and le chaventurier.

In addition, the first two episodes of the animated series Kate et Mim-Mim are currently available on the app for OnDemand viewing, ahead of the series’ network debut in January.

“We’ve been thrilled with the response to The Family Channel App and, now with the offering extended to Télémagino, we look forward to sharing this experience with our subscribers who wish to view French preschool programs,” said DHX Television GM and SVP Joe Tedesco, in the news release. “We’re continuously looking for new ways to offer our viewers greater choice and control over their entertainment experience, and The Télémagino App provides the flexibility to parents and kids to enjoy their favourite programming in whichever way they choose.”
