– Honourable Mention – Jazz-FM's Holiday Heroes Instrument Drive
Community Service Awards – Small Market
– Winner – Blackburn Radio, K106.3, That Night in Sarnia
– Honourable Mention – Bayshore Broadcasting, 104.9 the Beach, Everyone is Welcome Children's Celebration
The Awards program also featured Leah Daniels, 2016 Factor Breakthrough Artist of the Year, who performed a beautiful and intimate acoustic set. Closing the Luncheon were special video presentations honouring Chuck McCoy and the late Richard Costley-White for their Ontario Hall of Fame Awards.
