SiriusXM launches its Christmas and Hanukkah lineup

TORONTO – SiriusXM Canada’s holiday music lineup will feature nine commercial-free channels, with one starting Wednesday, November 2.

The channels will offer listeners a variety of traditional holiday songs, classic Christmas carols, country Christmas classics, contemporary holiday tunes, soul music, francophone programming, Hanukkah music and Latin seasonal music.

They are Holly (contemporary holiday music as well as traditional favorites, starting Wednesday); Holiday Traditions (traditional holiday music from the '40s through the '60s, starting December 5); Holiday Pops (classical Christmas carols and other holiday favorites; Country Christmas (from contemporary and classic country artists); Navidad (contemporary Latin holiday music and with traditional classics); Holiday Soul (soul and Motown holiday music from the '60s and '70s as well as R&B from the '80s and '90s); Francophone holiday programming (a selection of francophone holiday favourites from Canadian and international artists); Radio Hanukkah (contemporary, traditional and children's selections as well as daily reflections and prayers); New Year's Nation (the soundtrack for New Year's Eve parties featuring upbeat party hits from genres across SiriusXM's music platform.
