MONTREAL – Stingray Digital Group is providing new music selections to Comcast that will help the U.S. cable giant to enhance its Xfinity On Demand platforms.
Xfinity TV customers will soon be able to access thousands of music videos from Stingray across devices on Xfinity On Demand. Under the terms of the agreement, Stingray’s other music services, such as Stingray Ambiance, Stingray Brava, and Stingray DJazz, are available to Comcast to offer on the platform in the future.
In addition, Comcast has extended its existing agreement with Stingray to continue offering the Karaoke Channel’s extensive song library and Stingray Concerts’ catalog of live shows on Xfinity On Demand.
“We are extremely pleased to be expanding our relationship with Comcast, a key client and longstanding partner from our earliest days,” said Stingray’s president, co-founder and CEO Eric Boyko, in the news release. “Our continued global success is partially due to leveraging the trust clients have placed in us and providing them with the highest level of service. This agreement with Comcast is an important showcase for the quality and diversity of Stingray’s product portfolio.”
