Videotron puts customers in control with new app

MONTREAL – Videotron is making it easier for customers to manage their services and control their accounts from their mobile devices.The company released a new app called User Centre + that it says it is one of the first in Quebec to support functions such as adding data packages to a customer’s Internet or mobile service.The free app also allows residential customers to track their Internet and mobile data usage from their smartphone or tablet, access tutorials created specifically for the app, and set up automatic payments and online billing.User Centre + app is compatible with all Android and iOS smartphones...
