
MONTREAL – Groupe V Média has named Chantal Gilbert as director of media creativity, effective immediately.
Glibert (pictured) was most recently director of special projects at Carat, as well a sponsorship and media creativity consultant for more than six years. She also held the role of director of business development for CTV on the Olympic Media Consortium. Gilbert began her career at RDS before moving to radio at Astral Media as project manager in media creativity and then as account executive, media creativity and web projects, for Rock Détente and Énergie.
At Groupe V Média, Gilbert will lead the media creativity team and head all sponsorship and advertising integration initiatives on the Group's various platforms.
"With outstanding organizational skills and a 360-degree perspective, Chantal is a person who thoroughly understands client concerns and is capable of meeting and even surpassing their expectations”, said VP of sales Sylvain Venne, in Monday’s announcement. “Having touched on every facet of media creativity as an account executive, project manager and consultant, Chantal has developed the overall vision required to understand the issues and challenges ahead and build media solutions that are fully adapted to the needs of our customers."
