TORONTO – Corus Entertainment’s W Network launched two new W-branded digital extensions Monday, known as W Dish and W View.

Lifestyle site W Dish targets women 25-44 with original stories and articles from key bloggers, YouTube creators and freelance writers on fashion and beauty news, celebrity gossip, screen-to-table recipes, as well as must-know tips, tricks and DIYs.  The W Dish team produces its own short-form digital videos, and features live editorial meetings on YouTube every Friday at 2:00 PM ET.

Short-form digital video site W View serves up content from an array of platforms and creators including Kin Community, the global women's lifestyle video network that has partnered with Corus in Canada.  Built with mobile in mind, the new site allows fans to watch content ranging from the hottest viral videos to original digital series, wherever and however they like.

“With the launch of these new digital sites, W Dish and W View, we are giving our audiences more ways to experience W Network’s popular brand by offering a rich, curated selection of bite-sized, up-to-the-moment digital content that appeals to women online,” said Sue Mackay, Corus’ VP digital, women & family, in the news release. “These sites extend our digital reach with the highly coveted women’s demo and allow us to engage with our audiences in different ways and on a variety of platforms.”
