TORONTO – Business communications provider Allstream marked its fourth consecutive quarter of “significant growth” in the number of business customers choosing to connect to its Canada-wide fibre optic IP network.
The company expanded its service offerings in the third quarter of 2014 with brands that include Canadian Tire Corporation Limited and Yellow Media Limited (Yellow Pages), as well as the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Alterna Savings and Credit Union Limited, Groupe Germain, Global Knowledge, CargoJet Airways, Merit Travel Group, Stella-Jones Inc., Tenaquip Limited and Elk Island Public Schools.
"IP deployments are up again in this most recent quarter," said Allstream president Mike Strople, in the news release. "It's proof that our best-in-class national fibre optic IP network and a focus on providing a superior customer experience is a winning formula for Canadian businesses that are looking for a communications partner that doesn't act like a traditional telecommunications company.”
