NEW YORK – American IP-enabled communications provider MetTel is increasing its reach in Canada to include Manitoba, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador, and said that it will add Saskatchewan over the next 90 days.

From Global MPLS Network and VoIP technologies to traditional voice solutions, MetTel provides a complete portfolio of wireless and wireline services to enterprise and government customers throughout the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and beyond.  To better meet the needs of businesses in remote areas, MetTel said that it is “aggressively adding” advanced voice and data services, including broadband, to its list of offerings for Canadian clients.

"Our company prides itself on the reach of our solutions and support, so we are excited to roll out our integrated communications solutions across Canada in an effort to better meet the needs of businesses countrywide," said Sam Vogel, EVP regulatory affairs, in the announcement.  "Our North American expansion now makes it possible for companies in the central and eastern maritime provinces of Canada to benefit from the convenience of using one provider with a single point-of-contact across the country, as well a standardized customer care structure regardless of their geography."
