TORONTO – Corus Entertainment’s Movie Central has kicked off an eight week, multi-tiered marketing campaign in Western Canada to coincide with the start of he fourth season of HBO’s Game of Thrones.
The campaign launches with a targeted digital and social media campaign that focuses on the Game of Thrones premiere, which returns to HBO Canada on April 6 at 9:00 PM MT/ET. It will then shift to a six week image brand campaign for HBO Canada that leverages the network’s reputation for content excellence with series including True Detective, True Blood, Girls, and Boardwalk Empire in an effort to engage new subscribers.
