
TORONTO – TeraGo has named Joe Prodan chief financial officer of the company, effective immediately. Bosco Chan, who served as interim CFO since May, will continue on as vice president, finance.
Prodan served as CFO of Mobilicity from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, he was VP of finance and CFO of SiriusXM Radio and held stints at ADP Canada and Bell TV.
