TORONTO – With the Ontario chapter of SCTE growing to more than 500 members since its inception in mid-2003, making it the second-largest chapter membership in North America, it is now calling for board nominations to maintain the chapter’s strong leadership.
Bylaws require six board members, elected for two-year terms, with three board members replaced each year in order to provide continuity. Joe Caruso, D’Arcy Brown and Scott McPhail will reach the end of their two-year terms on December 31, 2013.
Joe Ciccone, Ivan Novello and Chris Skarica will remain on the Board until the end of 2014. The Ontario Chapter is calling for board of director nominations for the next two year term.
If you know someone who has the qualifications and experience to represent you on the SCTE Ontario Chapter Board, email your nomination including the individual's full name, phone number and email address to the SCTE Ontario Chapter at scte-ontario@rogers.com on or before November 18, 2013.
Each nominee will be contacted by the SCTE Ontario Chapter and bios are due by November 28, 2013.
