TORONTO – Comweb Corp. and William F. White International Inc. announced Thursday the companies had recently completed the acquisition of Vancouver-based Telescopic Camera Cranes Ltd.
With the deal, first announced in May, the company will now be known as Whites Telescopic Camera Cranes Inc., the country's largest, full-service camera cranes company, which also houses one of the largest fleets of technocranes in the world.
Telescopic Camera Cranes founding partners Andrew Mulkani and Barrie Wells will continue in their respective roles as president and vice-president of the company which will remain in its present location, close to William F. White?s Vancouver facility. ?

The company'?s Technocrane fleet includes the SuperTechno 50, SuperTechno 30 (both the Technovision and the Orion versions), the Technocrane 20, Techno 15, and the Technodolly. Other new products are also in development.
