Defining what business vision is: Donald Cooper to speak at OAB Connection 2012

TORONTO – There’s huge confusion in business today about what a “vision” is, what it isn’t, and whether it even makes sense according to business innovation expert Donald Cooper. He says businesses spend months and tens of thousands of dollars on consultants and “management retreats,” only to come up with a vision that achieves nothing.

Cooper will share his seven years of study on how to improve clarity, commitment and accountability about the future of your business at the Ontario Association of Broadcasters’ Connection 2012 conference on November 6, in Toronto.

He helps business owners and their management teams to fundamentally rethink, refocus and re-energize their business to create three key outcomes:

Compelling, customer-owning value that will "grab" their target customers, clearly differentiate them from their competitors and grow their bottom line

More effective management practices that will create innovation, commitment and accountability at every level of the organization

A plan to create a more profitable future.

Full conference tickets including Gala Awards Dinner tickets are $199 for members, $249 for non-member. Connection 2012 will be held at the Westin Bristol Place Hotel, 950 Dixon Road in Toronto. More information and registration are available online or contact Val Skivington 905-554-2730.
