TORONTO – A new monthly service is pledging to protect Canadians from errors on their wireless bills and may even save the money in the process.
For $1.00 a month, Aria promises to analyze a customer’s historical cell phone usage to detect any possible errors on a bill, and make recommendations on adjustments that can add value to an existing plan. It also offers a ‘marketplace audit’ by sorting through and ranking new plans and options offered by all providers.
Aria was conceived by Tim Donnelly, a 20-year veteran of strategic consulting for global document/data management, data mining and business intelligence projects.
"Typically, my work has focused on delivering clarity and control to large corporations”, Donnelly said in the news release. “Aria shifts this paradigm, focusing technology to deliver clarity and control to Canadians. It is time for someone to lead us out of the wilderness – this is Aria."
Aria is powered by iCellPRO, a proprietary sophisticated learning system. The company is calling on Canadian cell phone owners – the very people it aims to help, for financial support through a crowd funding platform called Quest for Clarity.
