Glentel gains three Apple specialty stores as part of Mac Station purchase


BURNABY – Glentel has bought three Apple specialty stores in British Columbia as part of its acquisition of Vancouver-based Mac Station Technologies Inc.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Glentel said Monday that its purchase of 80% of Mac Station’s outstanding common shares is effective November 30, 2011.

An exclusive Apple dealer since 1993, Mac Station offers business and consumer sales and service of Apple Mac, iPod, iPad, and iPhone products.  It has 45 employees and three stores located in Vancouver, Burnaby, and Abbotsford.
