TORONTO – AUX TV is readying Canada's first tablet-exclusive magazine which will hit screens this summer.
The monthly music magazine, aptly titled AUX Magazine, will be available as a free download on Apple’s app store newsstand, plus be available for Blackberry and Android tablets. Anchored by a cover story featuring a notable artist, each issue will include long-form written features, artist Q&As, original video content, album streams and emerging artist spotlights.
Parent GlassBox Television said that AUX Magazine will offer advertisers the opportunity to reach adults aged 18-35 with unique full and multipage units as well as integrated opportunities with AUX content.
"We're going to deliver an incredible experience for music fans," said Simon Foster, GlassBox’s SVP digital publishing and business development, in the announcement. "Discover, read, watch and listen to the most important music and personalities, all presented in a stunning tablet magazine format."
