TORONTO – American network The CW has picked up the original Canadian series The L.A. Complex. Written and directed by Canadian Martin Gero and produced by Toronto’s Epitome Pictures, the character-driven relationship drama follows the exploits of six attractive, young hopefuls in search of stardom in Hollywood. The show premiered Tuesday night in simulcast on CTV and MuchMusic, and subsequent episodes are scheduled to air Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on MuchMusic.
