TORONTO – Yangaroo has finalized a deal with San Francisco-based INgrooves to provide its clients with access to its digital media distribution system (DMDS) for music and music video delivery services at preferred prices.
Through this relationship, INgrooves's clients are able to access DMDS services via their recently upgraded client console, allowing them to deliver broadcast quality music and music video content to radio, TV, press and other promotional outlets. The on-line retailer provides digital distribution, marketing and promotion services to the global music and video communities via its One digital platform.
Yangaroo's patented DMDS is a secure B2B digital delivery solution for the music and advertising industries that currently delivers music to over 3,000 radio stations, and music videos to all major music television broadcasters and select regional broadcasters throughout North America.
"The positioning and recommendation of our services from a trusted and leading provider of indie music distribution and marketing services like INgrooves will go a long way to increase the DMDS brand recognition to thousands of independent labels and artists," said Yangaroo’s VP of sales, Adam Hunt, in the announcement. "We think the timing could not be better for this partnership as more and more radio and music video outlets are actively looking for exciting new indie content."
"We're thrilled to provide our clients with preferred pricing for promotional delivery services offered by DMDS," added Jeff Straw, director of strategic partnerships and licensing at INgrooves. "DMDS is a proven brand having served the indie community for many years, and we look forward to a long and mutually rewarding relationship."
