MONTREAL – Videotron has overhauled its website in what it describes as “a major step“ towards enabling e-commerce for its customers.
The new site provides videos, demos, filters and comparison tools to support users' buying decisions, reads the company’s announcement. In addition to the new look, the intuitive interface allows users to easily determine the best mobile plan for their needs, estimate their data usage, compare hardware, view Videotron promotions, or chat with an agent at any time.
More online services will be added in the future, the company said.
