TORONTO – Mobilicity has announced a distribution agreement with Walmart Canada that will enable wireless phones and airtime bundles to be sold in approximately 50 Walmart stores across Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver.
Mobilicity Unlimited Prepaid bundles come complete with a brand-name mobile device plus two months of the carrier’s unlimited talk and text service (some bundles also include unlimited data). Details regarding the pricing of the bundles to be offered were not released.
The company says the announcement complement’s its existing national retail channel distribution, as well as its network of Mobilicity stores across the five markets in which it operates.
