
TORONTO – Returning to Toronto next month is the 2nd Annual Canadian ISP Summit presented by the Canadian Network Operator’s Consortium (CNOC).
Designed for ISPs large and small across the country and open to participants in the industry, the conference from November 4-6 at the Toronto Hilton will tackle both challenges and opportunities in the sector.
The summit attracts the best and brightest from the industry and enables attendees to learn the latest news, ideas, and technologies. The summit includes keynote speeches, general session presentations, tutorials, track sessions and general session panels. Confirmed speakers include Douglas Bower, Manager, E-Business, Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Innovation; Jonathan Daniels, Vice President Regulatory Law, Bell; Dr. Michael Geist, law professor at the University of Ottawa; Howard Maker, Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services; Stephan Meyer, Manager, Network Technology, CRTC; and Christian Tacit, principal of Christian S. Tacit.

Representatives from various ILECs, carriers, and industry and hardware vendors will also be on hand to answer questions regarding sales opportunities. The conference will also provide a unique opportunity for service providers to network with each other and talk to industry leader technology vendors.

A Welcome Reception will be held on Sunday November 4th from 6pm-9pm at the Toronto Hilton and all other meals throughout the event will be provided as well.
