Northwestel has changed the appearance of its home phone bills. Information on how to read your new bill is available on their website.
The different appearance is part of a new system that requires home phone E-Bill customers to re-register online by clicking on ‘View or Register for EBill’ under ‘Quick Links’ on the website.
E-Bill customers have also been sent an email with details on how to reregister. Under this new system, customers can now pay their home phone bills online.
