SCTE forms working group to prepare for DOCSIS 3.1

ORLANDO - A special working group within the SCTE Standards Program has been formed to develop best practices and requirements to prepare HFC networks for higher-capacity signaling schemes, including DOCSIS 3.1, reports The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE).
