TORONTO – CTAM Canada is offering a two-day marketing course modelled on the intensive CTAM U experience.
Available to 50 CTAM Canada members, CTAM Canada U is scheduled for May 17 – 18, 2012, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm each day, and will be held at Corus Quay in downtown Toronto. It will be taught by Harvard Business School Professors Bharat Anand and Rajiv Lal, who also teach at CTAM U.
The topical and relevant Canadian-centric curriculum will explore key issues in today’s highly competitive market, including the pricing and bundling of programming services; how to manage the transition to an environment focused more on customer retention than customer acquisition; and how to think strategically/systematically in assessing the competition (traditional and over-the-top) while developing marketing plans. The course content is pertinent to both cable companies and broadcasters’ marketing staff at all levels, including senior managers, directors and vice presidents.
Spots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and applicants will be notified of acceptance via email during the week of April 30, 2012. The fee is $565 per CTAM Canada member which includes HST, course material, and lunch.
