Locked-out Bell workers to line red carpet at TIFF

TORONTO - The red carpet events at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) promise to become even more crowded than usual as Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union of Canada (CEP) members hold nightly information pickets at the film festival’s gala events.
