Jaye Albright and Stephanie Winans to discuss digital integration at OAB conference


TORONTO – Jaye Albright and Stephanie Winans will join forces to discuss how to exploit social media and more importantly how to get results at this fall’s OAB conference during their session called Integration in a Digital Age.

One of radio's most-honored consultants, Albright will lead a talk entitled Broadcasting Has ALWAYS Been Social where she will speak to how radio has evolved over the past five decades. She will examine how yesterday’s rules no longer apply in today's media, values and culture. The group participation session will analyze some of the best content being created right now, by some of broadcasting’s best communicators.  Albright will discuss where things are now, and where they are going.

Social media, music, and marketing expert Winans will present 5 Steps to Creating a Killer Social Media Strategy. Whether you've never had a plan to begin with or need to evaluate your existing efforts, Winans’ tips will help you create a social media Strategy that will brand your station, show, drive ratings and web traffic.

Connection 2012 will also feature a programming panel, moderated by Chris Byrnes, President, Byrnes Media, and includes Julie Adam, Vice President, Programming, Rogers; Rob Farina, Executive Vice President, Content, Astral Radio; David Farough, VP; Brands, Programming & New Media, Corus Entertainment; and Steve Jones, Vice President, Programming, Newcap Radio.
