WINNIPEG – Craig Wireless is one step closer to completing the sale of its Canadian spectrum to Inukshuk Wireless Partnership.
Inukshuk paid Craig an additional $3.2 million of the aggregate sale proceeds on Friday, the company announced. The remaining $16.8 million of the aggregate proceeds of the $80 million deal will be paid on one or more future closings upon completion of certain conditions, including all requisite regulatory approvals.
